At Driven By Vintage, we accept payment by bank transfer only to ensure secure transactions and keep costs down for our customers.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order

Browse our collection and add items to your cart. Complete the checkout process on our website.

2. Receive Bank Details

Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with:

  • Our bank account details
  • Your unique order reference number
  • The total amount to pay
  • Payment instructions

3. Make Payment

Transfer the full amount to our bank account using your preferred banking method (online banking, mobile app, or in-branch). Important: Include your order reference number in the payment description so we can match your payment to your order.

4. Payment Confirmation

Allow 1-3 working days for your payment to clear. Once we confirm receipt of cleared funds, we'll send you a payment confirmation email and begin processing your order for dispatch.

Important Information

Double-Check Bank Details

Always verify the bank account details in your order confirmation email match our official details. If you have any doubts, contact us directly before making payment.

Include Your Order Reference

This is crucial! Without your order reference number in the payment description, we may not be able to identify your payment quickly, which could delay your order.

Payment Must Clear Before Dispatch

We cannot dispatch your order until payment has fully cleared in our account. This protects both you and us.

Keep Your Payment Receipt

Save your bank transfer receipt as proof of payment. You may need it if there are any queries.

International Customers

We accept international bank transfers. Please note:

Payment Security
