At Driven By Vintage, we handle all deliveries ourselves to ensure your vintage Austin pedal cars and parts arrive safely and securely. We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Delivery And Returns

UK Delivery

We keep delivery simple. A flat fee of £20 applies to all UK mainland orders — no surprises at checkout.

  • Flat rate: £20 for all UK mainland deliveries
  • Dispatch time: Within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment
  • Delivery method: We handle all deliveries personally
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order is dispatched

Free Collection

Prefer to collect in person? We offer free collection by appointment at our Basingstoke location.

  • Inspect the item before leaving

How Orders Are Processed

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday to Friday are processed the same day where possible
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next working day
  • Weekend orders are processed the following Monday
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once payment clears

Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to sign for the delivery, your address is complete and accurate, and the location is accessible for our vehicle.

30-Day Returns

Not satisfied? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RMA) number
  • Return the item in its original condition with all packaging
  • Ship via a tracked and insured courier
  • Include your order number and RMA number

For standard returns, return postage is your responsibility. For faulty or damaged items reported within 48 hours, we arrange free collection and cover all costs.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Transit Damage & Failed Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, do not dispose of the packaging. Contact us within 48 hours at returns@drivenbyvintage.com and we will arrange free collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

If delivery fails due to no one being available, an incorrect address, or access issues, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional re-delivery costs may apply if the failed delivery was due to incorrect information provided.
