UK Delivery

Flat Rate Shipping: £20 for all UK mainland deliveries
Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment
Delivery Method: We handle all deliveries personally to ensure safe transport
Tracking: You will receive tracking information and estimated delivery date once your order has been dispatched

Collection Option

Prefer to collect your purchase in person? We offer free collection by appointment at our location:

To arrange collection:

  1. Contact us to schedule an appointment
  2. Bring proof of identity and your order confirmation
  3. Inspect the item before leaving

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Monday to Friday will be processed the same day where possible
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day
  • Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once payment clears

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure:

  • Someone aged 18 or over is available to receive delivery and sign for the item
  • Your delivery address is complete and accurate
  • The location is accessible for our delivery vehicle

Transit Damage

We take great care packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not dispose of packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Failed Delivery

If we cannot complete delivery due to:

  • No one available to receive the goods
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Access issues

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional re-delivery charges may apply if the failed delivery was due to incorrect information provided.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

To return an item:

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Return the item in its original condition with all packaging
  3. Send via tracked and insured courier at your own cost
  4. Include your order number and RMA number
  5. For standard returns (non‑faulty items), you are responsible for return postage costs using a tracked, insured service. For faulty or damaged items reported within 48 hours, we will arrange free collection or provide a prepaid return label

Refund processed within 30 days of receiving your return.
