Shipping Policy

We want the delivery process to be as straightforward as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. If you are based outside the UK, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether delivery is possible and provide a bespoke quote.

2. Shipping Costs

We keep our shipping simple and transparent:

  • Flat-rate shipping: £20.00 per order to mainland UK, regardless of the number of items or order value
  • Some oversized or exceptionally heavy items may require a custom delivery quote — where this applies, it will be clearly noted on the product page or discussed with you before payment

We do not add any hidden handling or packaging fees on top of the rates shown at checkout.

3. Handling & Dispatch Times

We carefully prepare and package each item before handing it to our courier partners.

  • Standard handling time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from the time we receive cleared payment
  • In many cases we dispatch sooner, but during busy periods or for special vehicles we may need the full handling window

If we anticipate any unusual delay, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.


4. Transit Times & Total Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Typical courier transit time: 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
  • Overall estimated delivery time: 1–8 business days for mainland UK addresses

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as courier capacity, weather, or local disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

5. Couriers, Tracking & Delivery

We ship using reputable, tracked courier services appropriate for the value and size of each shipment.

  • Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details with you via email once your order has been dispatched
  • Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday during normal business hours; some couriers may offer weekend deliveries in certain areas
  • Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive and sign for the parcel at the delivery address

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed deliveries, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.


6. Shipping Restrictions

To protect both our customers and the vehicles, some products may have specific shipping restrictions.

  • We reserve the right to decline orders to addresses our couriers cannot safely reach, or where we believe the risk of damage or loss is unacceptably high
  • Any such restriction will be communicated to you promptly and a full refund will be issued if we are unable to fulfil your order

7. Damaged, Lost or Missing Deliveries

We take great care to package our vintage pedal cars and parts securely. However, issues can occasionally occur in transit.

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please sign as "damaged" where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item
  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier and provide an update or resolution
  • We will work directly with our courier partners to resolve any confirmed cases of loss or significant damage
